Working out.

After seeing these pics of Jessica Biel, I have a new found desire to work out. I want my arms to look like that. Maybe if I do work out, I can find me a man like Justin! Her dress is amazing too-much better than the one from the costume ball, I was not a fan.

Inspiration

Like most of you I look through a lot of magazines. After a while all the layouts start to look the same. Today I went to style.com to find some inspiration and here is what I found. I love all the different types of fabrics and prints. Eva's shoes are making me drool.

Spring has sprung (finally!)

These are horrible pictures that I took on my way to work the other day, but I couldn't help myself. There are leaves, green leaves on things! I thought this day would never come.

Yard work

Before I left for Vegas I had something horrible happen at my house. My main sewer line broke-costing me $6000 and leaving me with a dirt front yard. I have cried many times over this. Now it's time to do some landscaping. Here are some photos that I have found for inspiration. Which one do you like?

Vegas baby!

Wow! For all of you who have been to Vegas, you know what I mean. Had a blast--ate great food, wore great clothes, and danced our asses off. Sure there were some hangovers, but what is a trip to Vegas without a few of those. It is hard to be back to reality, and I cannot believe that I am not sitting by a pool right now. Back to work tomorrow.:(

No more teachers, no more books.......

I am done! Had my last final last night--it was a killer, but who cares when you don't have to crack another text book till July! So happy! Also, I am leaving for Las Vegas tomorrow. Today could not go fast enough.

Shades.

I just got these new shades. I usually only wear aviators so this is outside of my box. I think I love them....do you? Hope your having a great weekend!

Skirt

I have had this skirt since 1998. I don't think I have kept anything that long ever before. Until last week it was down to the floor. I loved it that way when I bought it, but it was A LOT of fabric, kind of heavy and something that I could never wear to work (hair stuck to the bottom-yuck!). I really like how it turned out! What do you think?

Running out the door

Have been very busy. No time to post. Things will be busy for three more weeks, then I finally have a break from school. Getting some love from Mr. Lunch before I run out the door. Happy Friday!

Dancing Queen

My friend John just got broken up with, so we decided to go cheesy dancing. This means we went to a club downtown that we would never normally go to, and we danced like crazy fools! So much fun, and I think it took John's mind off of things for a while!

Bright Blue

I want some bright blue shoes! Can't stop thinking about them! The search is on!

Building

I went and got a message the other day. It was fab, but as I was waiting I couldn't help but notice how cool the building was. I have always just gone inside, got naked and waited to be rubbed. I love the look of old directories!

Warm Sunday

School has been killing me lately. All I do is go to work, school, then work on school. Today started with me working on a power point, but the 55 degree weather brought me outside. We walked downtown to have lunch and there was a guy with an electric guitar just walking up and down the mall. He had headphones in and I can only assume he was doing some sort of air-guitar training. Then we came home and played some ball with Mr. Lunch. Back to homework.

wedding

Last night one of my co-workers got married. The reception was at a place called The Windows and it's on the 50th floor of the IDS building in downtown Mpls. The view was amazing-looking out over the lights-my little city looked almost like a real city! We had a lot of fun-getting all fancy, drinking and dancing. It was a great time! Congrats Steph!

Off to work.

I am running out the door, and I am so happy because it is warm today. OK, warm in Minneapolis terms which means it's going to be around 45 degrees today! I think I am going to make it after all! Have a great day!

Our Fashion Fight Night

I was so proud of myself because I actually did make-up as well, which I have not really done since hair school a LONG time ago! These are the things that keep me loving my job!
