Having been to Germany and Austria a few times, I kick myself for not hopping over to Poland. This country has the same charm as it's neighbors and I would imagine a lot less tourist. Minneapolis has a big Polish population, so it would be interesting to go to the motherland and see how close to home people are keeping their traditions.
